Daniel knows real estate at the shore from the ground up. His expertise includes property development, the selection of architects and builders, construction management, representing owners in the design and construction of custom homes, and working with the broker community and other service providers to ensure the best results for his clients.

Daniel Potts is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University and The University of Notre Dame. For more than 30 years he was a senior executive with various international firms including General Motors Corporation, Coopers & Lybrand, Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Daniel currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Adams County National Bank in Gettysburg, Pa. and he is actively involved in land preservation and conservation programs with Willistown Conservation Trust in Chester County, Pa.
