Janice began her real estate career in 1976 in New York City where she was a corporate relocation specialist for Fortune 500 companies. In that capacity, Janice worked directly with corporate executives and developed a unique appreciation for the value of satisfying all of the family's requirements in the property selection process. While raising her family in Lower Gwynedd, PA and Avalon, Janice remained active in investments and sales of high end residential real estate in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with the focus of that activity for the last 10 years in property development and investments at the Jersey Shore.
